Getting Started
Getting started on AdSupplier is easy.When your magazine or periodical publisher has created an order for you on Adsupplier, you will receive an email Order Confirmation providing you with the details of your order and your Ad Docket, a user name-password combination and publication deadline dates.
Using the provided username and password you can explore the site at any time. You will find Help Information and Tutorials on almost every page.
Not ready to provide ad materials at the time the order is created? No problem! AdSupplier will remind you periodically about upcoming ad deadline dates. Once files have been supplied email deadline reminders are switched off.
Once you are ready to upload your ad file or materials simply log on, select the Ad Docket you are supplying for and then simply upload your file or files. When you are finished uploading files you can ask for an Upload Receipt to be sent via email to you and the magazine you are working with.
When your Publisher has processed the submitted file(s) a PDF "soft-proof" will be posted so you can verify that the correct file is being used or, if necessary, provide change instructions. AdSupplier will notify you when the proof has been posted and is ready for your review and approval.
That's it. Pretty simple.
The publishers you work with must be registered users of AdSupplier in order for you to take advantage of the benefits of this innovative ad management tool.
